Jason O’Neill, 13-year-old founder of PencilBugs.com, confounds by confessing that he, despite much evidence to the contrary, is capable of procrastination from time to time. And social media indie filmmaker Melissa Pierce, producer of the documentary “Life in Perpetual Beta,” raises the possibility that a planned life isn’t worth living.
